Beginning in Fall of 2024 AS IS* conducted a three stage merchandise development process. Beginning with a shotgun exploration phase, a range of designs and creative directions were proposed and explored. Based on client feedback design was specified before moving into product design. Once final products were selected, AS IS* spearheaded production and delivery of the garments for Winter shop merchandising.
